1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ledgerwise website located at ledgerwi.live and your participation in any educational programme offered by Ledgerwise. By accessing this website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective participants, and enrolled participants. If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you have legal authority to do so and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.

Ledgerwise is a trading name of the educational services business operating from 1 George Street, #17-05, One George Street, Singapore 049145.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its related systems
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Reproduce or redistribute any content from this website without prior written permission
• Engage in data scraping, crawling, or automated querying of site content

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to this site for any visitor who we believe is in breach of these Terms or acting in a manner inconsistent with our values and purposes.

3. Programme Enrolment

Enrolment in a Ledgerwise programme is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. Submitting an enquiry or completing an enrolment form does not constitute a binding enrolment until you receive a written confirmation from us and payment has been received in full (or as otherwise agreed in writing).

We reserve the right to decline enrolments at our discretion. Where a programme requires participants to meet specific criteria (such as the age eligibility for the teen programme), you are responsible for ensuring that those criteria are met before enrolling.

We may, at our discretion, accept late enrolments into a running programme. However, we are under no obligation to provide materials or session recaps for sessions that occurred prior to enrolment.

4. Fees and Payment

All programme fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of enrolment confirmation.

Where a programme fee includes a personalised review, materials kit, or other ancillary deliverables, these are provided as part of the total programme fee and are not separately refundable.

Fees are subject to change. Any change in fee will not apply to enrolments that have already been confirmed and paid in full. If a partial payment arrangement has been agreed, the fee in effect at the time of the initial partial payment will apply to the balance.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that personal circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations received more than 14 days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund, less an administrative fee of SGD 30
• Cancellations received between 7 and 14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the programme fee
• Cancellations received fewer than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund, though we will offer a transfer to a future cohort where a suitable cohort is available
• Cancellations after the programme has commenced are not eligible for a refund for any remaining sessions

In the event that Ledgerwise cancels or significantly reschedules a programme, enrolled participants will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to the next available cohort at no additional cost.

Participants who are unable to attend individual sessions within a programme (as opposed to withdrawing from the programme entirely) are not entitled to a pro-rated refund for missed sessions. We will, where practical, provide session notes or a brief catch-up summary to support continuity.

6. Educational Scope and No Advice Disclaimer

Ledgerwise provides educational programmes only. Nothing communicated in any programme, session, material, or on this website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any form of professional service within the meaning of the Financial Advisers Act (Singapore) or any other applicable legislation.

Programme facilitators are not licensed to provide personal financial advice, and do not do so. Any information shared during programmes is intended to assist participants in understanding general financial concepts and frameworks. Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed financial adviser for advice specific to their personal circumstances.

No warranty is made that the information contained in any programme is complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. Ledgerwise makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is free from error or omission.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided to participants as part of a Ledgerwise programme — including but not limited to workbooks, finance journals, planning templates, calculators, and printed or digital course materials — are provided for personal use only. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share these materials with third parties without prior written consent from Ledgerwise.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is the property of Ledgerwise and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction or use is not permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ledgerwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of this website or your participation in any programme. This includes, without limitation, any financial decisions made by participants following programme completion.

Our liability in any matter arising from the provision of educational services shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the specific programme in connection with which the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law.

9. Third-Party Content and Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or reference external resources for educational purposes. These links are provided as a convenience only. Ledgerwise does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website or resource.

Mention of any third-party product, service, organisation, or publication in a programme or on this website does not constitute an endorsement or commercial relationship.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
